Yoga Masterclasses
The masterclasses are an opportunity for you to work a little deeper, looking more into the areas of yoga that we may just touch on in class. They are a way of helping you develop your own practice at home, or just time to learn something new. The classes are suitable for everyone, unless stated otherwise. Please book onto the days as soon as possible to make sure you secure your place. Contact me here.
All the following masterclasses will be held at Breadsall Memorial Hall, Brookside Road, Breadsall DE21 5LF, from 1430 to 1700. Your investment for each is £25.

After the huge success of this years yoga retreat, and the request for more, I have taken he plunge and booked the Spring Retreat for 3 nights and added an extra weekend of two nights for a Summer Retreat. They will both follow similar pattern of what I do but the Summer one will hopefully lend itself to more outdoor time, and therefore more reflective work. We will see! I am hugely excited about running two retreats and just hope you can join me. Please do register your interest, no many is needed yet, but it will help me know numbers.
We are at the beautiful Nanpantan Hall, which is on the outskirts of Loughborough, less than an hour from Derby. It is a beautiful old Manor House, which we will have the sole use of during the weekends. It is an established centre for mindfulness, philosophy, and meditation retreats. With flexible indoor and outdoor spaces, we will have so much space to use. I have also hired the most lovely couple to do our food for us which will be 100% vegetarian; following the ethos of the venue.
The Hall was built in the 1870s and is set in 30 acres of woodland and gardens. There are so many opportunities to walk into the Charnwood Forest and Beacon Hill. The lawn will be fabulous for outdoor practice if weather allows…and there are plenty of sitting spaces to just enjoy the far reaching countryside views. I spotted a redwood tree on the edge of the garden. And in an area they are clearing, are two huge gorgeous pigs!
The house is beautiful. Our yoga room has far reaching views over the gardens and hills (and a working fire place). There is a conservatory and an airy room next door ideal for our artistic session! And a further quiet room for just being with a book. We will have open fires in the evening. And the dining room looks over the garden. The bedrooms are all airy with comfy beds. Some rooms have baths, but even if you choose to have a room with shared bathroom there is a bath!
