Free Resources

This section is all about sharing things we do in class or on retreat or through our masterclass work.  There will be recordings from time to time as well.  Feel free to share…just let people know where it came from!

What is Yoga is all about coming to a yoga class with me.

Yoga for the Mind – to help you develop a regular practice to help bring change.

Vagus Nerve Notes– the longest nerve in the body, connecting brain to gut and affecting all our vital organs.  Here I have tried to explain a tiny bit about its importance but also give you ideas of how you can keep it in good shape.  Yoga helps it, as does meditation.

Jala Neti Information Sheet – I wasn’t sure where to file this, but it is a really helpful practice and if you are unsure how to do it please do ask me.  It’s benefits are wide and varied…not sure about all of them but perhaps with continued regular practice they are acceptable!  It is a great practice for the whole year not just when we are worried about colds, flus or pollen rates.

Resilience during 2020 and 2021 we have been dealing with a pandemic…none of us ever expected this!  And being resilient has become a huge necessity as things often change on a weekly basis.  Maybe this will help a little, giving ideas of what you can do for yourself.

Nadis Overview this gives you a brief overview of the Nadis – energy channels

Yoga Menu – one of the ways I am helping myself practice is to have a menu for the month…so I can choose easily what I can do in the time I have.  It has been a huge help and I have become really playful with my personal practice.  Maybe this is an idea to help you develop a regular practice.

Facial Massage is a self massage practice and beautifully relaxing.  It works on acupressure points and comes from Tibetan Yoga which I am very interested in.  I have a recording of this too…still working out how to put that on here!

The 12 Laws of Karma….just some thoughts to work with during your self study!

Varicose Veins and some thoughts of what you can do to help yourself.

Gin Mudra by Kit...a little bit of fun
