Namaste,
I cannot believe how quickly the month has gone…but what a joy it is to be able to be busy and have exciting things to do.  I have been waiting for the arrival of Sachiko from Japan and at last she is here and we are so excited about the retreat weekend on July 28th.  The Yoga, Tea and Origami day is fully booked and I am a little excited about it as some of the ladies I trained with are coming along.  With my meditation course in August too and a visit from Mum, it is going to be a very fun month.

Last weekend I was hosting the second Coachoga session with Phillipa Bray (www.phillipabray.com). The weather held and the group were really up for the work we shared with them.  Such lovely energy and new friendships made.  I love it when new friendships are kindled from these events, or the retreats and even the classes.  Really helps build community.  These days are so supportive to each of us in different ways.  Huge thanks to Nik and Susie Turner for allowing us to use The Land.  They are always up for people using The Land in this way.  Here is their website The Land .  The last Coachoga session of the year will be Sept 16th…getting in with me! >>>read more
