Hello and welcome to optimistic October! I really hope this finds you well.
Apologies this is late but September was exceptionally busy and I did take a little time out for myself for a change…so spent less time sitting at the computer. It has become very obvious to me that I need to spend less time on the computer, social media etc and do more of the things I love…and maybe, my list of things I love is forever increasing. But that brings me joy.
I have just shared the Action for Happiness calendar on facebook…and it is Optimistic October…do take a look at it as there are some wonderful ideas, simple ones, we can do each day. It reminds us to feel grounded and connected rather than in our headspace all the time!
