I so hope this finds you all well and making the most of the summer so far. Not as warm as the other year but at least we don’t have to water the garden as much! Over the last two months we have been having fun with Sun Salutations…making them accessible to everyone. Hopefully by the summer break from classes we will have invoked some blue skies for days on end rather than just one!!
I wanted to get in touch really to share dates with you up to Christmas and also to remind you of upcoming events. I have to apologise for the website still not being fully updated…I just don’t have the enthusiasm for it to be honest! But hopefully it works for you and there are things of interest there. What is needed is a few weeks of rain when I can’t get outside into the garden…or go cycling.
